Children between the ages of 18 months to five years of age may attend.

* Field Trip Permission Form
Prior to enrollment at our school, we recommend one or more visits to become
familiar with our program, and to become acquainted with our staff. We feel we
can serve you and your child best by establishing good communication from the
start. Please feel free to visit our school anytime before or after your child is
enrolled.
Parents must to keep me informed of any change in address, telephone
numbers, and any othe pertinent information on addmission forms as they arise,
including notifying me of additional childhood immunizations.
